     Regulation 49 CFR Part 382.307 is the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulation for anyone who supervises two or more commercial drivers, must complete a minimum of 2 hours of training; 60 minutes on alcohol abuse and 60 minutes on drug abuse.
