CANCELLATION POLICY
The cancellation rights afforded to you by Idaho Code § 48-1004 and IDAPA 04.02.02.056 AND .057.
Notice of Cancellation
You may cancel this transaction, without any penalty or obligation whatsoever, within three business days of the date in which you receive this written confirmation.
If you cancel, all payments or other consideration which may have already been made by you will be returned within ten (10) business days following receipt by the telephone solicitor of your cancellation notice.
If you cancel, you must return the goods to the telephone solicitor at the address listed below and at the telephone solicitor's risk and expense within twenty-one (21) days of the date you receive back from the telephone solicitor the payments or consideration you have already made.
To cancel this transaction, deposit in the mail or deliver a signed and dated copy of this cancellation notice or any other written notice to Unified Compliance Services at
6154 N. Meeker Place Suite 125, Boise, ID 83713 not later than midnight of the third business day after which you received this notice by stating:
“I hereby cancel this transaction.”
